The 1/32" on a size 4 hook is the preferred Float 'n Fly size. The 1/16" is a bit heavier for longer leaders or if you want a faster fall time. The 1/64" on a size 6 hook is smaller and is easier for beginners to cast or can be used as a second fly in a Float 'n Fly system.
